We're sorry, but this action campaign has concluded. On April 6, 2011, the U.S. Senate voted to reject the four amendments that would have blocked the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from being able to limit dangerous carbon dioxide pollution from the nation's biggest polluters. However, the following day, the House passed their version of the Dirty Air Act, by Rep. Fred Upton and Ed Whitfield. For more information, read Senate Tramples Four Dirty Air Acts and House Majority Favors Big Polluters and Corporate Interests Over Good of American People. We will keep you updated as this issue progresses.
